We Serve

Jesus calls us to look beyond ourselves and to serve others.

At St Joseph’s, children are given meaningful opportunities to put their faith into action. Our charitable work includes fundraising, Lent and Harvest appeals, Christmas giving, foodbank collections, parish outreach and non-uniform charity days.

Our House Captains and charity ambassadors help children to take ownership of this work, organising activities and encouraging others to make a difference.

We support a range of local, national and global charities, including CAFOD, helping children understand that they belong to a much wider human family and have a responsibility to care for others and for our common home.

Our older pupils also serve within school, supporting younger children through buddy systems, leadership opportunities and everyday acts of kindness.
